Meal118.com offers a delivery service to most urban areas throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each store has a limited delivery area. If you are not in one of our delivery areas, a message will appear on-screen notifying you. Some store opening hours are shorter due to local trading restrictions.
Payment
The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments are secure. Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £sterling.
When payment is available by cheque you will be required to show a valid cheque guarantee card to the delivery person, please also ensure cheques are made payable to the same Restaurant or Fast food shop that you have placed order from.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Meal118.com needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.
Payment methods may vary from store to store.
Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Coleslaw sold by some stores may contain nut derivatives.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain.
Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.
Starters, drinks and desserts only delivered with a pizza or main course.

Offers, Promotions or Discounts
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular offer, promotion or discount. Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering pizza at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
